Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate Hindi lessons for classes 1 to 5, aligning with the school curriculum.
- Use a mix of visual aids, storytelling, and interactive activities to enhance language comprehension.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report any concerns to the class coordinator.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi learning into interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best teaching practices.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual school events, such as cultural festivals and language days, showcasing student work.
- Ensure classroom safety and a positive learning atmosphere, addressing behavioral issues promptly.
- Engage parents through periodic communication, sharing student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Keep teaching materials organized and replenish resources as needed.
Qualification, experience, salary, location
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed, 2 years of teaching experience, and a passion for Hindi instruction. Salary ranges from Rs.14,000 to Rs.24,000 per month for a full‑time position in Srinagar North, Jammu And Kashmir.
