Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver Chemistry lessons to students from 6th to 10th standards
* Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student progress
* Conduct periodic evaluations to identify areas of improvement for students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching plans
* Participate in school activities and events to promote Chemistry education
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
Must Have
* Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry) from a recognized university
* B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
* Valid CTET/ TET certificate
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Chemistry
Good to Have
* NET/SET in Chemistry
* Experience in teaching Chemistry to students from 6th to 10th standards
* Familiarity with the curriculum and syllabus of the JKBOSE board
Preferred Skills
* Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts and theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and abilities
* Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology
