Core Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Physical Education classes aligned with school syllabi, ensuring age-appropriate activities for students. Supervise sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular games to foster teamwork and discipline. Maintain equipment, facilities, and sports infrastructure to meet operational standards.
Additional Duties
Collaborate with the school’s wellness committee to promote health awareness programs. Assist in organizing school events like sports days and inter-house competitions. Mentor students on sportsmanship and ethical conduct during activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education or related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Physical Education or a relevant subject. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 34,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time and based in Srinagar North, Jammu And Kashmir.
