Three years of relevant experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education.
Good command of Hindi and English for communication with students and staff.

Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire students in physical activities.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges in sports infrastructure or participant engagement.
Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
