PRT English Teacher Position at Geniuses Public School, Bokaro
Geniuses Public School in Bokaro is seeking a dedicated PRT English Teacher to join its dynamic English department. The role will support creative classroom instruction, engage students with literature, and foster language skills in a vibrant educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate content.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans incorporating storytelling, grammar exercises, and creative writing activities.
3. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-subject projects that enhance language skills in real-world contexts.
5. Prepare students for school-level examinations, including TET/CTET preparation where applicable.
6. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment while adhering to school policies.
7. Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training sessions to improve teaching methods.
8. Ensure proper classroom management, including discipline, attendance tracking, and student motivation.
To qualify, hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of teaching experience in English or related subjects is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for English literature are highly valued.
This full-time role offers a monthly salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, based on performance and experience, in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
