K.K. Public School in Dhanbad is seeking a dedicated TGT Chemistry Teacher to join its academic team. Teaching Responsibilities
Plan and conduct chemistry lessons aligned with the school curriculum, ensuring clarity and practical application. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate experiments and real-world examples to enhance understanding. Maintain a strong presence in the classroom, answering student queries and encouraging active participation.
Planning and Curriculum Development
Prepare detailed lesson notes, worksheets, and assessment materials to support teaching. Collaborate with the subject coordinator to refine teaching strategies and align them with evolving educational standards. Stay updated on new scientific discoveries and integrate relevant topics into the syllabus when appropriate.
Assessment and Evaluation
Design and administer regular assessments, including quizzes, practical exams, and project-based evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and problem-solving skills. Track student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to address learning gaps.
Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on academic challenges and encouraging a love for chemistry. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated. Assist students with their projects, experiments, and assignments to build confidence in their scientific abilities.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum across subjects. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies, resource sharing, and curriculum improvements. Represent the school in chemistry-related events, competitions, or workshops to enhance the school’s reputation in the field.
This position offers a salary of Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month for a postgraduate candidate with at least two years of relevant teaching experience. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and demonstrate a passion for chemistry education.
