About This Role

Conduct home visits for absentee students to understand challenges and encourage regular attendance. Prepare simple assessment sheets to track phonics, vocabulary, and speaking skills. Organize cultural events like English recitation competitions to build confidence. Partner with nearby schools for shared resource workshops.
