Role Summary
We are looking for a Tgt Academic Coordinator English Teacher to join our team at Hemkund Public School in East Singhubhum, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. As a Tgt Academic Coordinator English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality English education to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to teach English to students from grades 1 to 10 and assist in curriculum development and implementation.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver English lessons to students from grades 1 to 10
- Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans and activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English curriculum
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress
- Participate in school events and activities related to English education
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance
- Monitor and improve classroom management and discipline
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in English education
- Assist in coordinating English extracurricular activities and events
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree or equivalent qualification
- 2 years of experience in teaching English to students from grades 1 to 10
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000. Other benefits include:
