The institution invites applications for the position of Non-Tenured Track (NTT) English Teacher. Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by the school board.
Assess and evaluate student performance through regular assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Create a conducive learning environment that encourages active participation and enhances students’ linguistic and literary abilities.
Prepare teaching aids, such as lesson plans, worksheets, and audio-visual materials, to support effective instruction.
Participate in school activities, including parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and extracurricular programs, to contribute to the overall development of students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and integrate language learning with other subjects.

Qualifications and Experience
Graduation in English Literature or English Language Teaching from a recognized university.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English at the school level.

Salary and Compensation
The monthly consolidated salary for this position will be in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
