Role Summary
We seek a passionate Post Graduate Teacher (Biology) to nurture scientific curiosity and analytical thinking among students of Grades XI and XII. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering the CBSE curriculum, designing innovative pedagogical strategies, conducting regular formative assessments, guiding students for competitive examinations, organising field trips and lab demonstrations, and maintaining accurate academic records. Participation in school events, parent-teacher interactions, and institutional initiatives is mandatory.
Desired Competencies
Master’s degree in Zoology/Botany/Life Sciences/Biotechnology with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent from an NCTE-recognised institution.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Biology at the senior secondary level.
Strong conceptual clarity in NCERT and CBSE Biology syllabi for Classes XI & XII.
Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional language desirable.
Proficiency in ICT tools and digital content creation.
Excellent communication, mentoring and classroom management skills.

Salary and Compensation
Gross monthly salary: ₹72,000 – ₹85,000 (consolidated) depending on experience and qualifications.
