Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher to join our team at a prestigious premium school in a Tier 4 location. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students in Classes XI and XII.
Primary Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in Classes XI and XII.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet academic standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress.
- Develop and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes and improvements.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of Physics departmental policies and procedures.
Salary and Compensation:
- Salary: Rs. 50,000 - 70,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Increment: 5% - 10%, depending on performance.
