About This Role

The NTT Mathematics Teacher will design activity-based sessions that build early numeracy through rhymes, games, and storytelling. How You Will Teach
Daily lessons will run on smart boards using animated shapes and counting rhymes to keep children engaged. Google Classroom will share parent-friendly activity sheets and quick practice videos for at-home reinforcement. The school’s LMS will track each child’s progress through simple quizzes and interactive games. Blended learning will include short digital stories followed by physical counting exercises with colorful blocks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the school’s early math framework and share them on Google Classroom for parents. Operate smart boards to display animated number songs and shape identification games during circle time. Maintain the LMS by uploading audio-visual aids and updating attendance through the digital register. Conduct activity corners where children count real objects like beads, buttons, and pebbles for tactile learning. Use digital flashcards on tablets for quick recall drills that feel like playtime. Organize monthly math fairs inside the classroom where children showcase number rhymes and counting games for peers. Collaborate with the NTT team to rotate digital and hands-on stations every week. Prepare simple progress reports based on LMS analytics and share them with parents during pickup time.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline with D.El.Ed or B.Ed from a recognized institution. Two years of experience teaching mathematics at the nursery or kindergarten level in a similar setting. Familiarity with basic digital tools for classroom instruction will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Comfort with smart boards, Google Classroom, and school LMS for lesson delivery. Ability to create and upload short teaching videos or audio notes for parents. Digital literacy to troubleshoot minor tech issues during class without disrupting flow. Experience using educational apps that focus on early numeracy and phonics. Willingness to learn new digital tools introduced by the school from time to time.
