Key Responsibilities

3. Assess student progress, provide individualized feedback, and maintain accurate records.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
5. Conduct remedial classes for students struggling with Mathematics, as needed.
6. Maintain a conducive learning environment, promoting student engagement and participation.
7. Participate in school events, such as Mathematics Olympiads and fairs, to encourage student interest in the subject.
Eligibility Criteria
A suitable candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Godda, Jharkhand.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month. Additional benefits, such as medical insurance and annual increments, will be provided as per school policies.
