Role Summary

- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a well-organized and resourceful classroom environment, ensuring that all materials and equipment are up-to-date and relevant.
- Contribute to the development of the school's English curriculum, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and meets the needs of all students.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree. A minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching English at the primary level, preferably in a school setting, is also required. While a TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred. Your strong communication skills, patience, and ability to work with students of varying abilities will be essential in making a positive impact on the educational journey of our students.
