About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Evs lessons that cater to the needs of students from grades 1 to 5
- Create interactive learning materials, including worksheets, demonstrations, and storytelling sessions
- Foster a sense of classroom discipline and respect among students
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Evs curriculum that aligns with the school's goals
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and adjust your teaching strategies accordingly
- Participate in school activities and events that promote environmental awareness and community engagement
- Develop and implement creative projects that encourage student participation and critical thinking

Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, but preferred
- Strong understanding of Evs curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Evs to students from grades 1 to 5
- Knowledge of local environmental issues and their impact on the community
- Familiarity with activity-based learning methods and project-based assessments
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
- Willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategies and technologies
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
