6. Develop and implement a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
8. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to inform them of student progress.
9. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification in Hindi or a related subject
- CTET/TET certification is not required for this position
- 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi to students from 1st to 5th standard
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- M.A. or M.Sc. in Hindi or a related subject
- NET or SET qualification
- Experience in teaching in a school setting
