Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of two years of teaching experience. A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in teaching Environmental Studies or related subjects is highly beneficial.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, along with a passion for environmental education. Knowledge of Jharkhand’s local geography and culture will be an asset.
Compensation
