Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum aligned with state guidelines for Political Science.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including debates, simulations, and case studies, to foster critical thinking.
- Prepare assessment tools and provide constructive feedback to students on essays, projects, and examinations.
- Mentor students preparing for competitive exams, offering guidance on study strategies and resource selection.
- Coordinate with the department to organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures that enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to senior faculty and administration.
Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or related discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
- Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and encourage student participation.
Salary and Employment Type
- Rs.40,000 – Rs.65,000 per month.
