To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Chemistry. While TET/CTET certification isn’t mandatory, it will strengthen your application. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is highly recommended. Your ability to explain complex concepts clearly and encourage curiosity is what will make this role rewarding.
