5. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them.
6. Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's academic performance and progress.
7. Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to decisions that shape the curriculum and teaching pedagogy.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field. A B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree is also highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school, is essential. Fluency in English and familiarity with the Jharkhand state syllabus are mandatory.
