Monitor student boarding and alighting to ensure no child is left behind or faces any inconvenience. Maintain accurate records of daily trips, fuel consumption, and any incidents reported. Handle emergency situations calmly and report them immediately to the school authorities.
Train and guide bus attendants on safety protocols and student management. Ensure all safety equipment like first aid kits and fire extinguishers are available and functional.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have a minimum diploma in automobile or transport management. At least 3 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably in school transport services. Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Familiarity with routes in Palamu, Jharkhand, especially around Bishrampur, will be an advantage. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair is desirable.
