Provide individual guidance to students preparing for competitive exams in commerce.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and teaching materials.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Accountancy/Commerce with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
3 years of teaching experience in accountancy for senior secondary classes.
Good to Have
TET/CTET certification.
Experience with CBSE accountancy curriculum.
Familiarity with smart classroom teaching tools.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to simplify difficult accounting concepts for students.
Familiarity with local learning needs in Palamu region.
Willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
