About This Role
Rps Public School is looking for a Trained Graduate Teacher in Physics for classes 6 to 10. The role is based in Hussainabad, Palamu, Jharkhand. Two years of classroom teaching experience in Physics at the secondary level is required.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for TGT classes.
Prepare teaching aids and conduct experiments to explain concepts like motion, electricity, and optics.
Assess students through unit tests, term exams, and practical assessments.
Maintain discipline and encourage participation in science activities.
Organize periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
Collaborate with other Science teachers to share resources and strategies.
Keep accurate attendance and academic records as per school norms.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to school academic planning.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Physics.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Science.
Two years of full-time teaching experience in Physics at secondary level.
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualification.
Experience in teaching in rural or semi-urban schools.
Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital content.
