This role focuses on delivering high-quality mathematics education to students in Classes VI to VIII. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for teaching core mathematics subjects, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and applied mathematics. The role also involves lesson planning, classroom management, and assessing student performance using standardized evaluation techniques. Regular interaction with parents and school administration to ensure alignment with academic goals is part of the daily tasks. Additionally, you’ll participate in curriculum development and teacher training sessions to enhance pedagogical skills.
Teaching Mathematics at Daksh Educations | Ramgarh requires creativity to adapt lessons for diverse learning abilities. You’ll create interactive worksheets, use visual aids, and leverage digital resources to make complex concepts accessible. Qualification
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or a related field. A strong foundation in mathematics education is required, ensuring you can effectively communicate advanced concepts to students. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
Experience
Applicants should have at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Experience in teaching mathematics to students in the specified class levels is highly valued. Familiarity with Jharkhand’s curriculum and examination patterns will be an added advantage. A proven track record of improving student performance through innovative teaching strategies is desirable.
Salary and Employment Type
