What You Will Do
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR of Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related areas.
- Mentoring and advising students in their academic and research pursuits.
- Conducting research in Artificial Intelligence and publishing papers in top-tier journals and conferences.
- Participating in academic administration, including serving on departmental committees and contributing to curriculum development.
- Collaborating with industry partners to develop innovative solutions and products.
- Providing academic support to students through tutorials, workshops, and online resources.
- Engaging in faculty development programs to enhance teaching and research skills.
- Contributing to the development of the department's research agenda and securing external funding.
- Participating in international collaborations and conferences to share knowledge and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a recognized university.
- A strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related areas.
- A minimum of 1 year of industry experience in research and development or teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
