- Supervise projects and theses of postgraduate students, providing guidance and mentorship.
Postgraduate Students
- Design and teach master-level courses in Microwave Engineering, catering to the needs of postgraduate students.
- Guide postgraduate students in their research projects, providing them with hands-on experience in Microwave Engineering.
- Evaluate the progress of postgraduate students and provide constructive feedback.
Required Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Microwave Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Qualification in NET or SLET in Microwave Engineering or a related field.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on Microwave Engineering research.
- Familiarity with the UGC regulations and state government rules governing University academics.
Learning and Development
- Maintain a high API score, as per UGC norms, to be eligible for promotion and career advancement.
