Day-to-Day Duties
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Manufacturing Technology, you will be responsible for:
* Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Manufacturing Technology, including design and development of manufacturing systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
* Conducting research in manufacturing technology, with a focus on innovative solutions and applications.
* Publishing research papers in international journals and conferences.
* Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects.
* Collaborating with industry partners and other academic institutions on research projects.
* Developing and maintaining a strong network of research collaborations and partnerships.
* Participating in curriculum development and academic planning.
* Engaging in departmental and institutional service activities.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Technology or a related field. A postdoctoral research experience or a UGC-NET qualification with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) would be preferred. UGC regulations for university recruitment will be followed.
