Day-to-Day Duties
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Industrial Mathematics, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Mathematics, including lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
- Advising students on academic and research matters
- Participating in academic administration, including curriculum development, examination, and assessment
- Conducting research in Industrial Mathematics, publishing papers in reputed journals, and presenting at conferences
- Collaborating with industry partners on research projects and consultancy work
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods and materials
- Participating in departmental and university committees
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Ph.D. from a recognized university, with a strong background in Industrial Mathematics. Industry experience is preferred, but not essential. You should also have a proven track record of teaching and research in Industrial Mathematics.
