What You Will Do

Conduct theory and practical sessions, ensuring students grasp fundamental and advanced concepts in web development, frameworks, and cloud integration.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations to maintain academic rigor in Web Technologies courses. Guide students in identifying research problems and developing solutions in emerging areas like web security, AI-driven interfaces, and scalable architectures. Mentor students through internships, industry collaborations, and career guidance sessions to enhance employability in Jharkhand’s tech sector.
Master Level Teaching
Deliver specialized master-level courses such as Advanced Web Frameworks, Cloud Computing for Web Apps, and DevOps Integration at the postgraduate level. Supervise M.Tech and MCA students in their dissertation projects, ensuring alignment with academic and industry benchmarks. Engage in curriculum review committees to introduce emerging topics like Web 3.0, blockchain-based applications, and edge computing in web systems.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science/Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university or institution. Must have qualified UGC-NET/SLET in Computer Science & Applications or possess a Ph.D. as per UGC norms for direct recruitment. Demonstrated research output with publications in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science is mandatory.
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the university level in Web Technologies or closely related areas. Experience in developing MOOCs, NPTEL courses, or industry-sponsored projects will be considered an asset. Familiarity with accreditation processes such as NBA or NAAC is desirable for faculty contributing to institutional quality enhancement.
