Role Summary

7. Manage library budgets, procure materials, and maintain records.
8. Supervise library assistants and volunteers to ensure efficient library operations.
9. Monitor and evaluate library programs, services, and collections to ensure quality and relevance.
Eligibility
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Library Science or a related field (M.L.I.Sc, M.Lib.I.Sc)
- 2 years of experience in library administration and management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Good to Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed for better understanding of the school's academic environment
- Familiarity with library software and technology
- Experience working with children and youth
