Preparing and delivering lesson plans that are interactive, culturally relevant, and aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Assisting in co-curricular activities like debates, poetry readings, and literary clubs to enhance students’ language skills.
Collaborating with other teachers to integrate English into interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Maintaining accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports.
Supporting the school’s English language proficiency initiatives, including extracurricular competitions and workshops.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory.
Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential.
At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a high school setting.
Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies is highly desirable.
A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Compensation and Location
This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.13,000 to Rs.24,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
