Job Title: Post Graduate Teacher Economics
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher Economics to join our team at a Tier 2 school. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students and contributing to their academic growth and development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Teach Economics to students of class 11th and 12th, with a student-teacher ratio of 35:1 and class sizes ranging from 30-40 students.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports to track student performance.
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies.
Position Overview:
- As a Post Graduate Teacher Economics, you will be responsible for achieving measurable outcomes such as:
- Average student grades in Economics to improve by 10% within the first semester.
- 80% of students to demonstrate a good understanding of key economic concepts by the end of the academic year.
- 90% of students to achieve a passing grade in Economics board exams.

- Meet with students and parents to discuss progress and address concerns, with a minimum of 4 parent-teacher meetings per semester.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, with a minimum of 80% participation.
