Classroom Profile
You will handle two sections daily, with 40 to 45 students in each class. Classes 11 and 12 follow CBSE curriculum, so lesson plans must align with prescribed prose, poetry, and writing formats. Your classroom will be a mix of board-bound explanations, group discussions, and monthly literature circles that encourage spoken Hindi.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver daily Hindi lessons covering prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills for classes 11 and 12.
Prepare students for CBSE board exams with sample papers, model answers, and revision sessions.
Organize inter-house Hindi debates, elocution, and creative writing competitions to build confidence.
Design classroom materials such as summaries, question banks, and visual aids for better comprehension.
Conduct remedial sessions for students weak in grammar or literature interpretation.
Collaborate with other language teachers to align vocabulary and writing styles across subjects.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment records, and term-wise progress reports for each student.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from an NCTE-recognized institution.
Two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the senior secondary level.
Preference will be given to candidates with CTET or TET qualifications.
