What is this role?
A full‑time PGT Hindi Teacher at Vidya Vikas Public School, responsible for delivering high‑quality Hindi instruction to secondary students. The position is part of the school’s effort to strengthen language proficiency and cultural studies.
What will I actually do?
Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons for classes XI and XII, using textbooks, supplementary materials, and modern teaching aids. Prepare students for board examinations, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with other faculty to integrate Hindi themes across the curriculum and participate in school events, literary competitions, and cultural programmes.
What do I need to qualify?
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field, B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy is essential.
What experience is expected?
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with exposure to secondary Hindi instruction. Experience in curriculum development and student assessment will be an advantage.
What does it pay?
Salary range Rs.30,000 – Rs.55,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
