Responsibilities
Teach Physics to students in classes 9 to 12, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate real-world applications of physics concepts. Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance students’ understanding and problem-solving skills. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the physics department to update teaching resources and curriculum standards. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to science and physics. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment to foster academic excellence.
Requirements
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with at least four years of teaching experience in the subject. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for the PGT position. Experience in teaching at the senior secondary level is highly preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in using digital and traditional teaching tools to enhance learning outcomes. Ability to communicate complex physics concepts clearly and effectively to diverse student groups. Familiarity with school administration policies and educational best practices is beneficial.
Compensation
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with other benefits as per Vidya Vikas Public School’s policies.
