Reports to the Head of Department and collaborates closely with senior faculty to plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons.
Core duties
Curriculum delivery and lesson planning
Design and implement age‑appropriate Hindi lessons that align with the school’s syllabus and promote critical thinking.
Assessment and feedback
Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
Student support and enrichment
Offer extra help sessions, organize language clubs, and encourage participation in inter‑school Hindi competitions.
Professional development and collaboration
Engage in faculty meetings, share best practices, and stay updated on contemporary Hindi teaching methodologies.
Classroom management
Create a positive learning environment that supports diverse learning styles and maintains discipline.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs.25,000 per month.
Location: Bundu, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
