What You Will Do
As a PROFESSOR in Big Data Analytics, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Big Data Analytics, including Big Data Management, Data Mining, and Data Visualization. Your duties will also include:
- Teaching and mentoring students in Big Data Analytics courses
- Advising students on academic and research projects
- Developing and implementing curriculum for Big Data Analytics courses
- Conducting research in Big Data Analytics and publishing papers in international journals
- Collaborating with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects
- Participating in academic administration, including committee work and program development
- Developing industry partnerships and collaborations in Big Data Analytics
- Representing the institution at national and international conferences
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university. Industry experience in Big Data Analytics is preferred but not mandatory. UGC norms apply to the appointment of Assistant Professors. Our institution follows the UGC norms for the appointment of Professors and Associate Professors.
