Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Embedded Systems, including theory and practical sessions, to students pursuing B.Tech and M.Tech degrees.
2. Designing and developing new courses and curricula in Embedded Systems to meet the changing needs of the industry.
3. Supervising and guiding research projects and thesis work of M.Tech students in Embedded Systems.
4. Conducting seminars, workshops, and conferences on Embedded Systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
5. Collaborating with industry experts and professionals to develop industry-relevant programs and projects in Embedded Systems.
6. Mentoring students and faculty members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Embedded Systems.
7. Contributing to the development of academic policies and procedures related to Embedded Systems.
8. Engaging in academic administration and committee work as assigned by the university.
Master Level Teaching
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching master level courses in Embedded Systems, including project guidance, to M.Tech students. This will involve designing and delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory for the position. Additionally, the candidate is expected to have a strong academic record, research experience, and a good track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals. NET/SLET is required for Assistant Professor, while a Ph.D. is necessary for Associate and Full Professor positions. The candidate should also be familiar with the UGC norms and regulations.
