Day-to-Day Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering Chemistry, including lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. You will also guide postgraduate students in master level courses and supervise their research projects. Additionally, you will participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and university committees.

1. Develop and deliver lectures on Engineering Chemistry to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
2. Conduct tutorials and practical sessions to enhance student understanding and skills.
3. Guide postgraduate students in their research projects and master level courses.
4. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning at the university level.
5. Contribute to the development of research projects and grant proposals.
6. Supervise PhD students and serve as an examiner for theses.
7. Participate in university committees and contribute to policy decisions.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Postgraduate Students
As a PROFESSOR in Engineering Chemistry, you will be responsible for guiding postgraduate students in master level courses and supervising their research projects. You will also be involved in curriculum development and academic planning to ensure that our students receive a world-class education in Engineering Chemistry.

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should have a PhD in Engineering Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks. Additionally, you should have a valid UGC-NET/SLET certificate or equivalent qualification. A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is also essential for this role.
