What You Will Do
As a PROFESSOR of Industrial Engineering, you will be responsible for:
* Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Engineering, including Production Planning, Operations Research, and Quality Control.
* Conducting research in Industrial Engineering, publishing papers in leading international journals, and presenting research papers at national and international conferences.
* Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects.
* Writing research grants and securing funding from national and international agencies.
* Collaborating with faculty members from other departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects.
* Participating in departmental and university-level committees to develop academic policies.
* Providing academic and research guidance to junior faculty members and research scholars.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A postdoctoral experience is preferred. Candidates with UGC-NET or SLET with JRF are also eligible to apply. The applicant should have a strong research background, with a track record of publishing papers in leading international journals.
