About This Role
D.a.v. Alok Public School, a premier school in Rahe, Ranchi, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Prt Academic Coordinator to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Principal in planning, coordinating, and implementing academic policies and programs.
2. Oversee the evaluation and assessment of academic performance of students, teachers, and staff.
3. Develop and maintain records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
4. Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective implementation of curriculum and lesson plans.
5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their academic and professional skills.
6. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth functioning of school operations.
7. Maintain liaison with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to address their concerns and requirements.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal to ensure the overall development and success of the school.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a post-graduate degree in any discipline, preferably with a background in education. A valid B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification is required, with TET/CTET preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications is essential.
Preferred Skills
Domain-specific skills, such as experience in academic administration, curriculum development, and educational research, would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with the Prt Academic Coordinator Recruitment in Jharkhand process and regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.
