* Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
* Provide training and support to teachers on special education best practices and strategies
* Develop and manage budgets for special education programs and resources
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Foster partnerships with community organizations and agencies to provide additional support services for our students
* Lead and manage a team of special education assistants and para-educators

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Special Educator with a postgraduate degree in special education or a related field (MA/M.Sc./M.Ed./M.Phil.).
