1. Lead the sports department and manage a team of sports coaches and staff to achieve the school's sports objectives.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sports policy and program for the school.
3. Coordinate and manage sports events, including tournaments, matches, and competitions.
4. Manage the sports budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive sports culture that promotes teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship.
6. Provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents on sports-related matters.
7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate sports into the school's curriculum and extracurricular activities.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports on sports activities and events.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as sports management, physical education, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sports administration and leadership. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is desirable, but not essential.
