Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the TGT level. Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster a positive learning environment. Strong command of English language and literature, with a record of innovative teaching methods.
