Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the Hindi curriculum for classes IX to XII, aligning lessons with state board standards.
Prepare engaging Hindi teaching aids, worksheets and assessments that reflect the cultural context of Jharkhand.
Conduct regular oral and written evaluations to monitor student progress in reading, writing and comprehension.
Organise Hindi debate, essay competitions and cultural programs to promote language proficiency.
Maintain accurate class records, attendance and grade books as per school policy.
Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects that integrate Hindi literature with social studies or arts.
Provide remedial support and extra coaching for students who need additional help in Hindi.
Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss Hindi learning outcomes and address concerns.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.
CTET/TET qualification is preferred.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience teaching Hindi in a school setting.
Familiarity with the Jharkhand board syllabus and local dialect nuances.
Good command of spoken and written Hindi, with ability to inspire students.
