TGT Sanskrit Teacher Position at Gd Goenka School in Namkum, Ranchi
Gd Goenka School invites qualified individuals to join as a TGT Sanskrit Teacher in its Namkum campus. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Sanskrit education while nurturing students’ cultural and linguistic heritage in a vibrant academic environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging Sanskrit curriculum aligned with school standards. Daily lesson planning will include grammar, literature, and classical texts, ensuring age-appropriate teaching methods. You will conduct classroom activities, quizzes, and projects to enhance students’ comprehension and fluency. Regular assessment and feedback will be provided to track progress and reinforce learning.
Teaching support includes preparing study materials, maintaining student records, and collaborating with the subject coordinator to refine teaching strategies. Attendance at departmental meetings and professional development sessions will be mandatory. The role also involves mentoring students for extracurricular Sanskrit competitions and cultural events.
A strong command of Sanskrit language and literature is essential, along with experience in classroom management and student engagement. A postgraduate degree in Sanskrit or related field is required, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Sanskrit or a relevant subject is preferred. The salary for this position is Rs.24,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, with full-time employment in Namkum, Ranchi.
