Orchids The International School is seeking to fill the position of full-time NTT Hindi Teacher at our school in Hungund, Bagalakote, Karnataka. As an NTT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to our students and contributing to the school's mission of providing quality education.
Pedagogy and Tools
As a Hindi teacher at our school, you will use various pedagogical techniques and tools to make learning engaging and effective. You will use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, which emphasizes interaction and communication in the classroom. You will also use a range of digital tools, such as language learning apps and online resources, to supplement your teaching.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lessons on Hindi language and literature to students from Class 1 to Class 10
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Use digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance student engagement and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide language policies
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians through Progress Reports and Parent-Teacher Meetings
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge of Hindi language and literature
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources for Hindi language and literature
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in Hindi or a related field
- TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi language and literature
