The Athletics Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions for students at all levels. The candidate will ensure safety, motivation, and continuous improvement among young athletes preparing for inter-school, state, and national championships.
3. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct athletics training in running, jumping, and throwing events.
Prepare students for competitive meets.
Monitor athlete progress and maintain fitness records.
Encourage a positive sporting culture and teamwork.
Ensure safe use of athletic equipment and facilities.
4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field.
Proven track record in athletics coaching.
Knowledge of biomechanics, training techniques, and nutrition.
Strong leadership and motivational ability.
5. Preferred Skills:
Certification in athletic coaching or sports management.
Experience in youth athletic development programs.
Familiarity with fitness assessment tools.
