4. Required Qualifications:
Proven coaching experience at school or club level.
Strong knowledge of basketball rules and techniques.
Degree in Physical Education or Sports Coaching preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

National/State-level player experience.
Certification from recognized sports bodies.
Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.

7. Salary & Benefits:
