4. Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chess coach or tournament player (FIDE-rated preferred).
Strong knowledge of chess theory, openings, and endgame strategies.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related discipline preferred.
5. Preferred Skills:
Ability to use digital chess software for training.
Certification from recognized chess federations.
